Intelligence is Expensive

Why Isn't there any legislation (laws) to make universities accountable for their false advertisements or telemarketing for education? The colleges are very sly and have kept most of their illegal activities in the shadows. Your expected to read your contract and the colleges can not be held responsible for the unproved false promises the recruiter makes. The politicians whom would pass laws to prevent the illegal activities are too concerned with meeting the standard they want to see by 2020.No one wants to stand up to the giant profitable corporations.

Can you rationalize why the For-Profit Model made University of Phoenix so successful? There are many different reasons the University of Phoenix is succeeding. One reason is the fierce lies the recruiter makes to assure the future (student) customer joins. Another is how easy getting in to the college is. For example, you can simply bury yourself in dept to get enough money to join, and you in!Another reason they succeed is how easy they make it to go to the school there is a college within 20 miles of anywhere, and you can go online if you can't attend.

Why is the quality of post-secondary education more important than quantity? Will it affect the types of services and products you buy in the future? Please provide an example. When the student is not properly educated he/she can not properly do their jobs. If every single person in the country is a incompetent moron we will never see the flying car age. When the person starts his job as a surgeon or a doctor and has no experience he/she could mess up and kill the patient. Lack of proper education prevents future "Einsteins". Level of technology will never increase.

The Happy Toys :)

Banning toys in happy meals is a great idea. There are many benefits to not including useless toys in a child's meal. For example, no more plastic will be wasted on toys that are normally trashed directly after leaving the restaurant. It also will save the restaurant cash that they could be using to increase the quality of their horrible tasting food. And lastly it will prevent some children from annoying their parents into submission to get a happy meal from McDonald's.When i was younger I constantly begged my parents to take me to Taco Bell for the cheep and quirky toy. Although that never made me fat it funneled my obsession with the greasy unhealthy Taco Bell. For those without high metabolisms the happy meal toys will lead to obesity.

Dont charge on that new Pants on the Ground EP!

1.In the PBS Special, lawmakers and reporters gave numerous new laws and protections for consumers. List what you think is the best two protections and why you believe these are the best ones. The inability to use stealth fees is probably the best new law. This prohibits normal consumers to get themselves trapped if they pay attention.
